City of Bad Vilbel
For the VILCO congress centre we moderated workshops between the hotel operator, the municipal utility and the congress centre and developed proposed solutions that bring order to traffic flow during events.
OPG Osnabrück
Ongoing consulting with several workshops for the neighbourhood car park project. In close coordination, suitable funding for the neighbourhood car parks was identified, and the applications are being submitted.
City of Limburg
Tender for the cash-in-transit services and selection of a company that meets the particular requirements of the city. We also organised a workshop on parking and provided advice.
