Consulting for the tender for the operation of the parking management: analysis of the existing operating processes, development of an operating concept and technical support for the procurement procedure through to the decision.
IFG Ingolstadt
Around 7,000 parking spaces on twelve parking areas in the centre and at the station, plus 1,800 at the Sportpark. 59 dynamic displays at 26 locations, funding applied for, the entire tender process handled by MWG.
City of Limburg
Tender for the cash-in-transit services and selection of a company that meets the particular requirements of the city. We also organised a workshop on parking and provided advice.
