Parking today is a question of technology, of financing and of procurement law at the same time. We bring these three disciplines together and stay with you throughout the project. We develop the concept, apply for the funding and describe the services so that the market can bid on them. We run the procedure through to the contract award, and we stay with your project afterwards, until operations run reliably.

You manage parking, you have to put contracts out to tender and keep procurement law and funding in view at the same time. We run the procedure from the specification through to the contract award.
Technology upgrades, ticketless access control, operator models.
Your technology has aged and access control is to work without a barrier. We review what is in place, put the replacement out to tender and support the delivery.
Easing the pressure on parking spaces at universities, hospitals and large institutions.
Staff, students and visitors compete for the same parking spaces. We determine the demand, develop the parking concept and set out who parks where.
Plant parking and staff parking guidance systems for large sites.
A large plant site, many employees, shift changes at the same time. We plan parking guidance systems that bring order to the traffic on the site.
Visitor guidance at bathing lakes, mountain railways and in spa towns.
On fine days everyone arrives at once. We plan parking guidance systems and parking management that direct day-trip traffic before it comes to a halt in the town.
Since 2016 we have supported and completed many projects in Germany and abroad: for cities and municipalities, municipal utilities, car park operators and companies. From a single parking space concept to the parking guidance system for an entire city centre.
We advise Messe München on the tender for the operation of the parking management. This includes analysing the existing operating processes, developing an operating concept and providing technical support for the procurement procedure through to the decision.
For the town of Kitzbühel in Tyrol we are preparing the Europe-wide tender for the management of the parking areas. This includes planning a car park and setting up a professional parking management. We take on the analysis, the design and the preparation of the material on which the town bases its decisions.
For Technische Universität Braunschweig we developed a parking management concept. The aim is efficient use of the existing parking resources. We prepared the specification and the bill of quantities and carried out the procurement process.
We organised the tender under our lead. This was accompanied by identifying suitable funding programmes and steering all administrative steps through to the order. We support the construction work on an ongoing basis.
Parking facilities are governed by several sets of technical rules. They are drawn up in technical committees in which MWG takes part.
